This is the second time in 4 years that I have used Susan Underwood to list and sell a house. She was excellent the first time, and out did herself this time around. Her communication is excellent as I was kept fully informed despite the fact that I live outside of Michigan. She was available, thorough in the paperwork, and adept in terms of providing pertinent data (offer forms, list of service providers, contacts with County offices, local requirements for selling a house, and market trends and analysis).
